Jetstream Royalty Partners, LP (“JRP”) and Jetstream Oil and Gas Partners, LP (“JOG”) are Texas Limited Partnerships based in Fort Worth, Texas. 

JRP is focused on the acquisition and aggregation of oil and gas minerals and royalties across several major shale basins in the United States. JRP currently owns mineral interests under approximately 800 oil and gas wells across five states. Our primary focus areas are the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico and the North Dakota extent of the Williston Basin. However, our team routinely evaluates mineral assets outside of those areas. 

In addition, JOG has an active mineral leasing program in the Delaware Basin and is seeking leasehold in the core areas of that basin. JOG is primarily focused on leasing acreage in the path of near term development, and seeks to participate alongside best-in-class operators. Jetstream and its affiliates are privately capitalized and we pride ourselves on transacting quickly and efficiently.
