Brooks McCabe
Co-Founder & CEO
Brooks has spent his entire career in energy finance. Prior to co-founding Jetstream in 2013, he held finance roles at Exxon Mobil Corporation and a small private oil and gas company in Dallas. Brooks earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University with an additional certificate in Petroleum Land Practices. He is a member of the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate and sits on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Band of Roses). He lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three boys. Luke Pent
Co-Founder & Partner
Luke’s experience in the upstream energy field has spanned from operations to oilfield service to mineral, royalty and leasehold acquisitions. He formed Pent Energy, LLC in 2004 to focus on operating assets in northern Oklahoma. Since then he has been active in Texas and Oklahoma on both the operating and service sectors of the oil and gas industry. Luke was one of the founding partners of Jetstream in 2013. Paul Harlan
VP of Land
Paul has served as our VP of Land since October 2016. From 2006 to September 2016, he served as Title-Curative Manager for Dale Operating Co. and its mineral and working interest partnerships. He successfully managed the due diligence and curative aspects for over $275 million of mineral and leasehold acquisitions in the Permian, Delaware, Anadarko, Williston, and Appalachian basins.
